I am the owner/president of Top Hat Heating, Fireplace & Chimney Specialists. I hold a B.A. from Aurora University as well as an M.B.A. from Northern Illinois University.

I hold a number of national certifications including certifications from the Chimney Safety Institute of America and the National Fireplace Institute Hearth Education Foundation. I have served as a consultant on several occasions for situations related to fireplace, heating or chimney-related problems.

Established in 1981, Top Hat has grown from a chimney sweeping business to a 5 division operation that includes heating and cooling, fireplace and stove retail, a service department, and chimney restoration and repair. We have two state-of-the-art design centers in Madison and Baraboo with over 70 operating units on display in each location. We pride ourselves on our commitment to our customers. Our sales staff will guide you from design to completion of your project, and our factory-trained and certified installers will assure your installation is completed in a knowledgeable and professional manner.
