On the 15th of each month we provide our preliminary market report on the previous month. You'll find our preliminary report on the month of July here. We issue our final monthly reports two to three weeks later, in order to capture any remaining transactions that have been retrospectively recorded in the MLS. All of our finalized monthly reports can be found on the real estate trends page.
