Year-to-Date Trend - Condos The year-to-date sales mix for Dane County condos through the month of July was 24%, up from the sales mix of 22% registered during the same time period in 2009. The year-to-date sales mix for Dane County homes through the month of July was 76%. Recent History - Condos The graph below shows that a greater percentage of real estate consumers are choosing condos over homes compared to just a few years ago. In the year 2000, 18% (a little less than 1 in 5) of all buyers chose condos. In 2007, 26% (just over 1 in 4) chose condos.
