As of July 31st, 13.9 months of inventory remained on the Dane County condo market. This number is based on the number of active listings and the average monthly sales volume from the preceding 12 months. Note the Dane County condo months of inventory is roughly double the months of inventory for the Dane County single family home market (see our Single Family Home Update). This is one reason we track the home and condo markets separately. Buyers have more choices - and sellers have more competition - in the Dane County condo market.
